REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms for all programs, coaching services, sessions, and digital products offered by BB Elite Fitness through BryanBolding.com, EverFit, or any affiliated platforms.

By purchasing any service, you agree to this Policy.

1. Coaching Programs (Online, Hybrid, and In-Person)

All Coaching Sales Are Final

Because coaching is a time-based, customized service, all payments are final and non-refundable once purchased.

This includes:

  • Monthly online coaching

  • Hybrid training programs

  • In-person training packages

  • DNA Blueprint programs

  • Performance or specialty programs

Coaching includes personalized time, planning, and communication — therefore refunds are not available.

2. Monthly Coaching Subscriptions

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time.

  • Cancellations apply to the next billing cycle — no partial-month refunds are available.

  • You will continue to have access to coaching and the EverFit app until your current paid month ends.

3. Missed In-Person Sessions

24-Hour Cancellation Rule

If you need to cancel an in-person session, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Sessions canceled with more than 24 hours’ notice may be rescheduled.

  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice are forfeited and cannot be refunded or credited.

  • No-shows count as a used session.

4. Digital Products (PDF Guides, Meal Plans, Workouts, E-Books)

All Digital Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of downloadable products, no refunds are issued for:

  • PDFs

  • E-books

  • Meal plans

  • Training templates

  • Digital downloads of any kind

If you have trouble accessing your file, we will resend it at no charge.

5. Program Pauses / Holds

Pauses may be granted for:

  • Injury

  • Medical issues

  • Family emergencies

  • Travel (case-by-case)

All pause requests must be emailed to bryanbolding@gmail.com for review.
Program extensions or credits are not guaranteed and are approved at our discretion.

6. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may only be issued if:

  • You were charged in error

  • Duplicate payments occurred

  • You purchased a product you did not receive due to a system issue

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

7. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback:

  • Access to coaching will be immediately suspended

  • All communication will cease

  • We reserve the right to dispute the charge with proof of delivery, communication, and services rendered
